SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYTICS: A CASE STUDY FOR DIGITAL MARKETING

This is a case study for a local company that distributes World-Class Quality Non-Acidic Vitamin C, the first of its kind in the Philippines. Through the use of Whoop Insights, the company was able to learn customer sentiments towards their brand, enabling them to promote more relevant marketing campaigns.

 

BACKGROUND

The company wished to discover key topics discussed by their followers in social media, particularly Facebook, so they can tailor fit new campaigns towards hot topics and therefore increase awareness of their brand. They also wanted the same research done for their competitors, to see whether their campaigns were generating a following.

WHAT WE DID

lloopp, through the use of Whoop Insights, an insighting tool they developed in 2017, was able to create topic models and sentiment analysis reports that showed key topics discussed over a series of time periods.
