CUSTOMER JOURNEY FOR TOURISM: A CASE STUDY
This is a case study for Sentosa Island Resort, a popular leisure destination in Singapore, visited by some twenty million people a year. lloopp was selected to participate in the 2015 Nokia IGX Challenge where the goal was to make Sentosa the first smart hospitality and leisure island in the world by providing personalized customer journeys that match the customer to the attraction.
BACKGROUND
As part of the Nokia 2015 IGX Challenge, lloopp partnered with FaceRecog Asia, a company headquartered in Singapore whose core business is interactive smart sensor products focused on data analytics of physical spaces.
WHAT WE DID
Together, lloopp and FaceRecog combined hardware and software solutions for trigger ads with visitor interactions, transactional behavior and social media.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
From the data gathered via FaceRecog’s interactive smart sensor products, lloopp generated reports on Customer Segmentation, Sentiment Analysis and insights for personalized Customer Journeys resulting in an integrated customer experience.
